This guarantee is for eligible purchases made directly from SummonGear. There is no restocking fee, and you do not need to explain why you are returning the product. The product and included items must be returned using the instructions provided with your return request.

SummonGear provides a prepaid return label for eligible returns. Start your request from My Orders using your order number and purchase email.

Refund Processing
